Frequently Asked Questions.

Everything you need to know about enrollment, safety, curriculum, and daily life at Kids World.

What ages do you accept?

We accept children from 3 months through 12 years — Infants (3–12 months), Young Toddlers (13–24 months), Toddlers (2–3 years), Preschool (3–4 years), Pre-K (4–5 years), and School Age (Kindergarten–Grade 6). See our Programs page for full details.

Are meals included?

Yes. Fresh meals are prepared daily in our on-site kitchen by our own chef, plus daily snacks. We participate in the USDA Food Program, and infants receive FDA-approved formula and baby food. Weekly menus are shared with parents.

Do you offer camera access?

The safety and privacy of every child is one of our highest priorities. For this reason, Kids World does not provide live camera access over public networks. Our security cameras continuously record footage, which is securely stored on protected systems for safety and incident review when necessary. This policy helps protect the privacy and security of all children, families, and staff while maintaining a safe learning environment.

What curriculum do you use?

We follow a DHS-approved curriculum covering STEM, language development, social-emotional learning, fine and gross motor skills, literacy, math, science, art, and music — in a multilingual learning environment. Our Pre-K program also follows Abington School District readiness expectations.

Are teachers certified?

Yes. Our team includes certified teachers, CDA credentialed staff, and educators with Associate and Bachelor’s degrees, all with ongoing professional development. Every staff member completes FBI background checks, state background checks, child abuse clearances, CPR certification, and First Aid certification.

What security measures are in place?

Double secured entry doors, controlled building access, a full security camera system, emergency exits, a fire sprinkler system, regular fire drills, and routine DHS and fire inspections.

What are your operating hours?

We’re open Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Is financial assistance accepted?

Yes, we accept government childcare assistance programs. Contact us and we’ll walk you through what’s available for your family.

How do I enroll?

Start by scheduling a tour — click “Enroll Now” or “Schedule a Tour” anywhere on our site, and our team will guide you through the rest.

How does the Procare App work?

The Procare Childcare App keeps you connected to your child’s day — check-in/check-out, direct messaging with teachers and management, photos, activity updates, and announcements, all from your phone.

Are you Keystone STARS accredited?

Yes — Kids World Daycare is a Pennsylvania Keystone STARS accredited childcare center, recognizing that we exceed state licensing requirements in education, staff development, family engagement, and continuous quality improvement.
