BUSINESS NAME DISCLOSURE 

This website and all services described herein are owned and operated by Kids World Child Center Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation located at 1560 Old York Rd, Abington, PA 19001. Kids World Child Center Inc. conducts business under the trade names Kids World Daycare and Kids World Daycare Center. All references on this website to “Kids World,” “Kids World Daycare,” or “Kids World Daycare Center” refer to Kids World Child Center Inc. 

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the https://www.kidsworldpa.com/ website (the “Service”) operated by Kids World Child Center Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”). 

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. 

  1. SMS Messaging Terms 

Kids World Child Center Inc. operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with parents, legal guardians, and prospective families. When you opt in, you may receive text messages regarding enrollment updates, tuition and payment reminders, schedule changes and center closures, and pickup or drop-off notifications. With separate consent, you may also receive promotional messages about special offers, discounts, and program announcements. 

Opting Out (STOP) 

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (215) 559-7799. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time at https://www.kidsworldpa.com/contact-us/ and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message and Data Rates 

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our center and your child’s enrollment status. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. 

Carrier Liability Disclaimer 

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. 

Age Restriction 

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and participate in our SMS messaging program. This program is intended for parents, legal guardians, and other responsible adults. 

Consent 

  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrolling a child or purchasing any goods or services. 
  • Marketing and non-marketing consent are collected through separate, optional checkboxes and are never combined. 
  • Consent checkboxes are unchecked by default, and our contact form can be submitted without selecting either. 

Privacy 

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.   1. Use of the Service 

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Service. Information you submit through our forms must be accurate and must be your own or provided with authorization.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Kids World Child Center Inc. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Information provided through our website and SMS communications is for general informational purposes only. Enrollment in any program offered by Kids World Child Center Inc. is subject to a separate written enrollment agreement, availability, and applicable Pennsylvania child care licensing requirements. Use of this website does not by itself reserve a place in any program. 

  1. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service. 

  1. Changes to These Terms 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
